fillingjarsDiscussion will include a bit of history, a bit of science and a bit about why lacto-fermented foods are so beneficial to us.
Demonstration will involve going through all the steps to create a delicious and probiotic-rich jar of sauerkraut.

 $20 at door.  Bring an organic, unprocessed, raw/vegan/non-animal based dish for 8 people or pay $10 to eat.
