Sharon A. Kane, Instructor, Food As Medicine Discussion will include a bit of history, a bit of science and a bit about why lacto-fermented foods are so beneficial to us.Demonstration will involve going through all the steps to create a delicious and probiotic-rich jar of sauerkraut.
